Pro: Garage, Laundry room, two baths, deck for BBQ, great condition, good yard, shed for my motorcycle.
Cons: Small master closet, no bathroom on first floor, smaller garage, and higher utilities.
So as you can see it has many of the things we are looking for in a house, but we are still looking around to see if there is a better deal out there. We also found out from the agent showing us the house that the FHA loan just changed to allow a 98.5% loan of the house cost instead of 97%. This means that we will not have to save up quite as much as we thought before we can actually get the loan and make an offer on a place. Another change is that the seller can gift the 1.5% to the seller. So, hopefully we can find a place where the seller will pay the closing cost and gift the 1.5%. So we could get into a house with no money down and just a mortgage payment.
Yesterday before we went to look at houses I went hunting again with Fabian and another guy from work named Dustin. Here is Dustin with his bunny he got.
And of course I got one as well:
I am really thinking about getting my hunter's safety done so that I can go and hunt other things like ducks and grouse, but it's a time consuming course that takes about 6 hours of class and then a bunch of internet stuff.

A house in Utah is the same price as a small apt in California!
Or in other words : get 2 houses in Utah for the price of one.
Buy it!
